Hi All, I have created a form with a subform in it, the subform is in
datasheet view, is it possible to have the subform show the last record / new
record area instead of having to scroll down to find the last record or to
insert the next new record, hope this makes sense. Thanks

Here is a link to 2 sample databases showing how to have the new record
appearing at the top of the form.

To show the most recent record, base the form on a query. In the query,
under the date column, put Descending on the Sort row.
