Default How to change formatting on entry to a field

I use Access databases at work and sometimes the cursor gets lost in the
middle of the screen, so to speak. I have been scratching my head and
looking and looking to see if there is any way to change (for instance) the
background colour when the cursor enters a field so the current field stands
out.
My brain is tired, my eyes are watering - can anyone suggest a solution
please?
Thanks for reading this, even if you can't solve my dilemma!!

In that case I select all the textboxes and set a conditional formatting on
it. Choose the option "Field has focus". When you choose this you'll see that
whenever you enter a field it will change colour and when exiting it will
change to normal again. You choose an appropriate backgroundcolor for your
textboxes.
