Default please help with formula

I tried the following formula and I should be receiving a
result of 0 because I7 has "(001234)" in it,
not "(00140)". For the record, K21 is greater than J21.
It's appears that the "&" is being ignored, can you please
help? Thank you.

=IF(I7="(00140)"&K21J21,75%*(K21-J21),0)

You need to use the AND function, like so:

=IF(and(I7="(00140)",K21J21),75%*(K21-J21),0)
