Adding photos to cells
I am using MS Word XP.
I am working on a project that requires me to display a large number of photos in a table. I have created a table that is 2 columns wide the three rows per page. In inserted photos in each cell. I now wish to revise the project and insert a number of additional photos at various points on the table and shift the current photos forward while retaining their relative positions. Is there a way I can add the additional photos and shift the current photos forward without rearranging each photo individually? I hope that expresses the problem clearly. Thanks for any help you might offer. Richard |

Adding photos to cells
It's easy enough to add rows to a table, but if you're trying to shift the
photos right/left rather than just up/down, this becomes more complex. You can add blank rows and then experiment with what happens when you delete specific cells (Word gives you choices about how to shift existing content). It may be that you will find a combination that works. -- Suzanne S. Adding photos to cells
Dear Ms. Barnhill,
I experimented with the table and have not been very successful finding a completely satisfactory solution. I will keep working on it. Thank very much for your thoughts. I apologize for the cross posting. I was not sure what newsgroup might deal with the question. Now I know you look at them all. Again , my thanks. Richard "Suzanne S. Barnhill" wrote in message ...
