.. . . that depends upon what you mean by, “blown up”.

I have a chart on the screen in front of me (EXCEL 2007):-

- click on the chart

- View / Zoom / click on 100% and the chart will appear bigger.

If you could be more specific with your meaning we may be able to help
further.
