Default Access Form Looks Different on Another PC

I have noticed lately that when I design a database form and then
transfer it to another computer, it looks different. I have tried
checking settings and they all seem to match but the actual field
formatting seems to change.

Not sure if it is just a resolution issue but it has happened at
different locations with different databases and I can't seem to find
an answer.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

All the settings seem to match? All have the same operating system
version? Same version of Access? Same theme? If any theme? Same
regional settings? Same settings in Control Panel | Accessibility
Options?

Regards
