Getting to view a week on Calendar
Hi.
Probably a very simple question, but the format in which I view Calendar has changed and I can't get it back to a normal week view which I find the most helpful. What I get now is a vertical list of all my appointments, sorted by Recurrence (none), Recurrence (weekly) and Recurrence (monthly). In the top right hand corner it says "Filter Applied" which may be a clue. How do I change this format to a nice week view? Thanks, Tom |

Getting to view a week on Calendar
You don't say which version of Outlook you're using... But, right-click any
toolbar and choose Advanced. In the Advanced toolbar, use the Current View dropdown tool to see if the view you want can be selected from among those offered. If you're using Outlook 2007, in Day/Week/Month view, you can click the top of the journal space to choose Day, Week, or Month. It might be that Week will give you what you want. (I don't remember whether Outlook 2003/earlier has something that corresponds to this.) -- Herb Tyson MS MVP Author of the Word 2007 Bible Blog: http://word2007bible.herbtyson.com Web: http://www.herbtyson.com "ThomasStudd" wrote in message ...
