"Margins Do Not Fit Page Size" Error Message After You Switch the Printer Driver
Is anybody here having this issue? We are having an issue
here with Office products that print to our print server which is Windows 2000 Server. All of our printers here are HP. This article refers to fix, but I don't see how to obtain the hotfix. Does anybody else have this fix, or know how to obtain it? Thanks for the help. |

From reading the KB article, it looks like you have to contact MS:
To resolve this problem, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the fix. For a complete list of Microsoft Product Support Services phone numbers and information about support costs, visit the following Microsoft Web site: http://support.microsoft.com/default...EN-US;CNTACTMS wrote: -----Original Message----- Is anybody here having this issue? "Margins Do Not Fit Page Size" Error Message After You Switch the Printer Driver
Hey Dave,
Thanks for responding to my question. You don't think that there is somebody here with the patch downloaded? Why would I need to pay for a patch or hotfix because the original software is flawed. That dosen't seem right. -----Original Message----- From reading the KB article, it looks like you have to contact MS: To resolve this problem, contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the fix. This was in the same KB article:
NOTE: In special cases, charges that are ordinarily incurred for support calls may be canceled if a Microsoft Support Professional determines that a specific update will resolve your problem. The usual support costs will apply to additional support questions and issues that do not qualify for the specific update in question. So if actually is the fix you need, it sounds like the charge could be dropped. (I don't speak for MS, though.) Jason wrote: Hey Dave, Thanks for responding to my question.
