MY PRODUCT KEY WILL NOT GO IN
I received a free office home and student from my school, but while trying to
put the product key in i am unable to enter an "H" in the area. i have retyped the key several times and mad sure all letters and numbers are correct. this one letter just WILL NOT go into the key area. PLEASE HELP!

And which version of office would this be and installing on what version of
windows? "ADW" wrote in message ... I am using office 2007 and vista. thank you for your reply. I figured it out.
I had to copy and paste the key in order for it to work. The letter H would not go in. I had to use my thinking cap in order to make it go through. thanks a bunch though! It seems you have the key in an email

Yeah don't lose that key because it cannot be regenerated
