A problem after installing office 2007 enterprise

Hi,
I've been using an access base software for about 4 years that when it
installs,it installs access runtime 2002 with itself,after installing office
2003 i just run it with access 2003 using openwith and always it opens with
access 2003 without any problem.since i upgraded my office to 2007
enterprise, every time i want to open access, a window opens and says that it
is configuring office 2007.it takes about 1 minute and it is tiring.meanwhile
when i login with my administrator there is no problem but when i login with
my domain user that is member of administrators the problem occurs.
please someone tell me what my problem is.it is very important to me.
