Default "All Programs" = only 3 wide columns

When I go to Start, All Programs, I get only 3 wide columns which do not show
all my programs. I cannot access any other programs beyond those three
columns. Is there a way to set up more columns that are narrower, or move
beyond the three visible columns?

That's a Windows function. Post your question in the applicable newsgroup.
