Office 2007 Local Install Source

I have been installing office 2007 by precaching the files to the client
machine and then running setup from the local install source, all with SMS. I
have been seeing some machines that when setup is started, it deleted all but
two of the folders under the MSOCache\All Users folder within 30 seconds to a
minute. In the past I could just copy a cached folder from another machine to
the offending one, but now, that process is also deleteing all the files. I
know this is a strange issue, but if anyone has any idea, it would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks in advance.
