Default "First time window" & files in MS OFFICE BASIC 2003

Hello.
I am young internet caffe administrator and I am looking for solution
of my little MS Office 2003 Basic problem. (BTW sory for my english).
Every time when new user login into new account and want to use MS
Office program, some files must to be instaled and also MS Office want
to create new user data file with user name. How can i to disable this
thing? It's very uncofortable for users to disable instalation of this
files ewery time, when tey're login in. Do I have to change some
registry key?

HELP!
