Default adding data to the chart is unavailable

Hi, I'm trying to add more variables to be showing on the chart, but after
I've added some, I cannot add any more! I select them, but cannot confirm,
the OK button is dull. Any help is appreciated

Hi Anna,
Your message is not clear:
1) do you mean you are adding more data POINTS or data SERIES
how many data point & data series do you already have (approximately)
2) how are you adding? the reference to the OK button is unclear
best wishes
