Default saving to cd

When I try to save to cd, either using the "package for cd" feature or just
choosing that disk drive, all of a sudden I'm getting a message saying "Press
ESC to cancel saving the document" and then it reverts back to the Package
for CD dialog box. HOW CAN I SAVE TO CD?

As John-Pierre says, don't press Esc. When the save finishes and it reverts
to the Package for CD dialog, it's finished. (I know, I hate that it doesn't
tell you it's done -- you're just supposed to know, I guess.)
