Default compact and repair database

Not to sure if this is the area to place this question but here goes. I have an application the goes to clients with the runtime version. I have setup a tools section in the menu to do a compact and repair database. When I try and run the compace and repair in the runtime mode I get and ERROR stating "If your're running a Visual Basic module that is using OLE or DDE you may need to interrupt that module." there is an OK to answer. This ERROR never goes away and you have to end the task in task manager. I've added the compact and repair database directly from the regular access tools menu and put it into mine. What am I doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi

I have written code that will compact/repair the Current Database. You simply
would have to add a form and module to your project.

If you desire a copy, simply send me an email.

Best regards
