New distribution list - Select Members - Import ?
Someone emailed me a .msg distribution list. I need to create a new
distribution list and include all the contacts from the .msg I received. Can I import all in one step, or do I have to add each contact individually to my address book, and then re-select each contact individually at the Select Members dialog ? Best, BR -- ----- |

Wrong format. No way to know what you'll be able to do with this. What have
you tried? What options are you given when you open it or drag it to your Contacts Folder? Any chance you could have the item sent correctly? -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "BR" wrote in message ... New distribution list - Select Members - Import ?
Nothing happens when I drag the .msg to my contacts folder in Outlook. Guess
I can't use the .msg file for my purpose. I can however instruct the sender to try some other method, if you could guide me - Rephrasing - How does one export / import distribution lists in Outlook? You never export or import. You insert it as an Outlook Item in a message.
