Skipping a Blank Field
I am trying to merge an Excel spreadsheet with first and last name and a class year. My form file has the associated fields with an ' (apostrophe) preceeding the class year. Not all names have a class year and I'd like the output to suppress the ' when a class year is not present.
How is this done? |
