The Form Region,"IPM".note.microsoft conversation.Region

I have the office suite 2007, when i open the outlook the folowing message
pups in 3 times:
The Form Region, "IPM".note microsoft conversation.region

Then I close the pup-up and the outlok program shutsdown.

Any help on that?

Are you using a custom form? Did you try office diagnostics? (can run it
from word or excel).
