How do I insert a field for users to cutomize a brochure with their company
name, i.e., [insert name here]. And if they chose not to add their name, that
prompt would not print.

Will all your users have Publisher? Or are you creating a web type publication?

Hopefully. My intent is to offer users of our medical device a brohcure they
can add their own company name and address and then have printed at their
location. I also intend to provide them with a PDF if they don't have
Publisher, or need to have their printer add the customization.

I can suggest putting the information about entering their own information on
the Master Page. Or even in the scratch area. Acrobat Pro has a fill-in utility.
Word also has this function.

If your brochure is a web type you can insert hyperlinks.

I looked at Acrobat Pro. I can figure out how to add fields under form tool,
but can't figure out how to make the field name display to prompt my audience
to add the correct info. I know you are responding under Publisher, but
sounds like you are knowledgable with other programs. Thank you!
