Default Re-Install??

Hi All,
This maybe a simple question but I don't know the answer to it. I recently
installed office pro with business contact manger. About a week ago I got
infected with something, still don't know what it is(adware, spyware,
malware). I've tried about 8 different programs and my anti-virus program but
still can't get rid of it. I'm thinking of formatting my drives to clean my
PC. My question is. will I have a problem reactivating my office suite. Its
the same PC I'll be re-installing everything to. Appreciate any replys.
Thanks.
