Downloading complete IMAP messages -- not working
Hi,
I'm trying to configure Outlook 2007 SP2 to download complete IMAP messages from GMail, and while I think I'm doing everything correctly, it's not working--only the headers download. I've tried configuring it in every way that I can think of, including: - Selecting the "Download complete items including attachments for subscribed folders" radio button. - Selecting the "Use the custom behavior defined below" button, then checking Inbxo and selecting the "Download complete items including attachments" option. Despite taking these steps, Outlook is still only downloading the message header. Is there anything else I should/can do to force downloads of complete items?
