outlook express 6
When trying to send an email (or reply) I get windows installer trying to
install Windows picture it program.After closing the error messages I get error code 1706. Also my spell checker says it did not complete task & ask if I want to asend anyway..Is there a way to get rid of this pest ?? Thanks for all your help.
