Default 0x800 errors

I use Outlook 2000 on Windows ME. I am able to receive email but as
of about a week ago I cannot send it. I keep getting error messages
such as 0x800ccc19, 0x800ccc13, 0x800ccc60, and a couple others. I have tried to
resolve the issue by reinstalling my email account and Outlook. I've
ensured that I have the latest MS Critical Security updates, have
upgraded my McAfee Virus and Firewall, run Spybot S&D and AdAware,
scanned and defragged. What more can I do to resolve this problem?

The most common reason for those errors is a conflict with anti-virus
software. See what happens when you turn off the option to scan outgoing
e-mail messages.

Well, that didn't work either. I tried just disabeling the email outbound, then all email, reset the firewall, disabled the firewall for email, and finally I shut off the virus scan and the firewall completely. But I still get errors! First I had one that said too many connections to server, and then the last was the 800ccc13 error. What else should I try?

I still cannot send email. Could someone please tell me what I should try to do? Nothing seems to work. It was doing fine and then just quit! I still get email all the time - just cannot send it out................
