Default Back up mail Outlook account settings & mail for use on new comput

It would be beneficial if Outlook would back up all the mail account settings
and the mail so that when you bought a new computer you wouldn't have to go
through hell and high water to bring your e-mail account back up and running.

Have you looked at the Office Save My Settings Wizard, which performs that function?
