Default Manual Feed (labels) and HP5Si

We recently upgraded from 97 to XP 2003 and Office 2003. All printining is
fine except prinitng labels to the manual feed of the HP5si- no setting seems
to work. The template is a custom size and switching the template to envelope
causes the printing to be in the correct orientation (parallel to the
opeining in the printer) but "upside down" otherwise the printing is like an
envelope (perpendicular to the printer opening).

I have changes all tray settings etc.

I have uses both the 5 and 6 series drivers- same result-sigh
Help and thanks.

This is a function of the printer driver, however there are two
possibilities that spring to mind - if you are creating the document from a
template.

One is covered at http://www.gmayor.com/fax_from_word.htm
The other is to a add a Print field to the template to call the manual field
directly.
