Default Terminal server 2003 with office 2003 on it

Hi,

I have several customers with te same problem:

Terminal server 2003 with office 2003 on it.
If someone closes word , then word asks if you want to close the
available restored not opened documents.
If you choose: "no delete them" it tries to delete them but you can't
because
these docs are from other terminal users.

This is very annoying, plus users can see other users restored
documents.
Does someone have a solution for this?

Thanx!
