MAIL MERGE LABELS
I can do a mail merge alright but surely there is a way to tell MsWord you
want 'X' number of each label. Ex: I have a file of 15 name/addresses. I want a page of labels for each name, so say there are 30 labels on a page; I'd get 15 pages, a page for each name in the file. Is there no way to tell MsWord to do this? THANK YOU! |

Remove the Next Record field from in front of the first mergefield in
each "label" in the mailmerge main document. There will not be one in front of the first "label" in the document. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "Andre Laplume via OfficeKB.com" wrote in message ... That works but isn't very automated. Please what aout when the second name
starts, you must go and re-add a NextRecord clause...is there no other way? -- Message posted via http://www.officekb.com |
