Default How do I extract data from a word document to use in mail merge?

I have a word document with names and addressed in it but also a lot of other
information.....how can I just extract the names and addresses to use for a
mail merge?

You would have to tell us about how the names and addresses and the other
information are arranged in the document before any advice could be offered.
