Is it possible to link two worksheets and sort the 2nd sheet by a different
criteria then the first, at the same time any row/column that is added or
deleted in the origianl would be added or deleted in the 2nd sheet while
maintaining the separate sort criteria?

Short answer: no.
Longer answer: you probably could, by using VBA macros to remake the second
sheet whenever the first sheet is changed.

I would stick with one sheet and have buttons to switch between the two sort
criteria.
