Default The contact search should include the 'nickname' field (at least)

There are too few fields looked at by the contacts search feature (especially
when addressing an email). Older versions of Outlook searched the 'nickname'
field which allowed for more flexibility on how you could locate contacts
while keeping your contact list and your emails as formal as needed.
