Default Shading of Days in Outlook 2007

My boss has three different office locations. I would like to be able to
change the background color of a whole day, i.e. every Wednesday have a blue
background and Tuesday have a yellow background, similar to when "out of
office" shades the day purple. It would help to have an easy visual as to
where he will be the whole day, rather than shading individual meetings.
