Forms Inquiry
I am trying to create a protected form in Word that others
can use. A few of the fields can draw information from previously entered in another area of the document. I was wondering if there was a way to have a this information also show in the others areas where it is needed without have to retyp the information. This would create less end- user error. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Jana |

Forms Inquiry
Use a cross reference to the text of the bookmark assigned to the formfield
into which the user will enter the data. In the properties dialog for that formfield, check the Calculate on exit box so that the cross reference will be updated to display the text that the user has entered. -- Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the benefit of others who may be interested. Unsolicited questions forwarded directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis. Hope this helps Doug Robbins - Word MVP "jana" wrote in message ...
