Default Double Calendars

I have two Calendars one the installed and one imported. BUT I only want to
keep the imported one so how can I get rid of the other one?

If you imported data, then it would have gone into the destination calendar
you specified.

The default calendar will always be the calendar in the same data store
containing your Inbox. You can't pick and choose which folders will be the
defaults. Copy the contents of the added calendar to the default calendar.

I get SOME information transferred to the default calendar, but not many. How
do I copy only the contents and not the entire calendar?

Open the source calendar, display it in a table view like "Events" or "By
Category", select all the items by pressing Ctrl+A, then copy the selection to
the destination calendar.
