Default any concrete chart

Thanks in advance.

Can someone share a worthy chart that shows a generic *common* concrete mix
properties pertaining to slump, setting time and temperature - if possible
with corresponding formwork pressure curve.

I know this is too much but some concrete engr may be in this forum to share
his common knowledge.
