I am wanting to display text on a slide when I click on
the individual slide. For example as the group give me
an answer, I want to display it on the screen. Therefore,
I can't predict the order that the text will appear. I
can't seem to figure out how to do that. Any help would be
great. Thanks

Carol,
If you are using PPT 2002 or 2003, you can set your animations up to start
on triggers. You can find some information on triggers in this article from
my site:

If you have an older version, let us know. There are ways to fake the
effect, but they are harder to do.
