Default Disabling Prompt where it wants user info

I have not been able to find on here how to disable the prompt you get when
users login to any Office program for the 1st time where it wants the
username and initials. Is there a GPO policy or something that can restrict
this. Thanks in Advance for your help.

Have you checked the Office Resource Kit for your version of Office? They
are Office version specific so you will need to find it yourself since you
left out your Office version.
