Default How to change default fill color of all those stencil shapes?

In older versions of visio, all the default fill color for the stencil shapes are white, which is nice. In visio 2003, the default fill color changes to something grey and light blue which is not so nice. I don't want to change it manually every time. Is there any option to change the default fill color for those built-in shapes?

Some of the templates use Color Schemes - so change the scheme.
Alternatively, edit the master and change its fill colour.
