Default Keeping track of hours

I am wanting to utilize Excel to track hours worked for a
few people (less than ten). I have been trying to get the
application to display hours scheduled and totals (per
week and per day) for each person. I have not been
successful at getting this application to do this. Am
I "barking" up a wrong tree? Can what I endeavor to do be
done?

Hi Tom,

You're not barking up the wrong tree. XL is an excellent
application for this. You didn't provide any details, but
take a look at this link to get some ideas. This is a free
sample file that contains the types of formulas that you
might use:
