Appointments
I give platelets at my local blood bank. I can schedule my appointments with
them 2 or 3 months in advance. They can be as close as 2 weeks apart but they are usually around a month apart, and the times are dependant on availability. So, these appointments are "recurring" but not always at the same time on the same day of the week or the same week of the month. How can I add more appointment dates to existing appointments when they are not regularly spaced? Or is there an easy way to "copy" appointments and "paste" them on other dates? Thank you |

Appointments
copy and paste work. Use Ctrl+C (press ESC if you are in edit mode) and
Ctrl+V or right click on the appointment and choose copy then paste. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Poll: What version of Exchange server do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=33803 "depenguin" wrote in message ...
