Default Sharing a group of contacts

I would like to take all of the contacts i have with the same company name
and share them with a colleague that is using outlook also so he won't have
to re-enter them all. Can that be done?

Yes - how, depends on your Outlook setup. Do you have Exchange Server for
example, or are you using POP accounts?
