Default How do I draw freehand for a business card?

I want to do a business card or gift tag label and draw the design on the
card then get it printed. Can I do this on publisher or do I need another
program? Can I only use what Publisher has programmed?

You can design a business card in Publisher. You have to be careful using
gradients and transparency.
