You can do this in many ways:
1) You could copy and paste the list in your message and if the message is in HTML, it should be read OK by the recipient; 2) you could create a pdf of the list by using Bullzip http://www.bullzip.com/products/pdf/info.php 3) You could create an XPS format file of the list. You do need to have dot net framework 3.5 installed for this. 4) You could send the excel sheet to your clients as attachment and they can download an excel viewer to read it or they can use their excel spreadsheet to read it; 5) Copy and paste in Word and send the word document to them; The method is endless and only you can decide what is best for your clients; Hope this helps. You mean you have a list of addresses to which you want to send the same
email? Send the same mail to everyone or use a mail merge? To send as one message,
copy the email address column and paste into the To (or BCC) field. For mail merge, use the CSV as the data source. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Let's Really Fix Outlook 2010 http://forums.slipstick.com/forumdisplay.php?f=34 "J" wrote in message ...
