Default Shortcut to Outlook 2003 Contacts?

Is it possible to create a desktop shortcut to my Outlook Contacts? I would
like to access the Contacts without opening Outlook first - if that's
possible?

As Contacts are inside the pst file and the only application that will open
a pst file is Outlook, that's not possible AFAIK. You can get Outlook to
start up in the Contacts folder though I think...

Yup. You can do so using a switch in the shortcut to Outlook. For example:
"drive:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Outlook.exe" /select
outlook:contacts

Yep... tools, options, other tab, advanced... browse for the folder you want
