Default How do I stop my mouse from changing the size of the spreadsheet?

How do I make the Microsoft mouse stop the zoom effect when I have it on the
spreadsheet. I want to scroll up or down not zoom in or zoom out.

Uncheck "Zoom on roll with Intellimouse"

2007..........ButtonExcel OptionsAdvancedEditing Options.
