Default Scheduling Activities & Letter Writing

Is there a way in Outlook that you can Click on a contact & then write a
letter to them - Not an E-mail ?

#2 - Is there a way , when in a contacts screen schedule an activity with
them - Not a meeting - a To do or a call ???

Default Scheduling Activities & Letter Writing

#1 Yes, in some Outlook versions, but not others. The "New Letter to
Contact" option was removed in Outlook 2007 and 2010 for bad behavior but is
easily replicated by simply using the Insert Address function in Word
#2 You misunderstand what Activities are. They are a dynamic list of all
Items within your Outlook profile that are related to the Contact in
question. So there is nothing to schedule.
