Default What happened to the Auto-Dialer in Access 2003?

Randy... don't feel so odd... you aren't the only one looking. I have the
button and clicks, but so far, it does not dial. The function does work fine
in MS Outlook Contacts and sends and receives faxes. So far.. my web searches
have not found the solution.

Thanks for your reply. I had already tried that link. It does help on many
things. Unfortunately, if you follow the menu clicks I referred to it does
not let you drill down that far. In fact, it tells you that some things are
missing, but it does not tell you what is missing. Odd thing is that I am
the 'only' person as far as I can tell who is searching for this. It would
sure seem that someone else used it in 2003 and would be looking for it in
2007. In fact, I thought about creating an Access 2003 database which uses
the item and then convert the mdb to accdb and see what happens. Does that
make any sense?

Not sure it's there (I don't have Access 2007 installed on this machine),
but see whether http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ac...388991033.aspx
helps you.

There was an Auto-dialer button available in Access 2003. It was
available
from either the form or datasheet view. It was accessible from the Menu
by
clicking 'View-Toolbars-Customize-Records'. I cannot find it in Access
2007.
Can anyone advise me where to find it?
