Default How do I Get a OLE Image into a field from another table?

I have two tables. One has an OEL image field and a image ref text field
along with many other fields. I made another table with just the OEL image
field and an image ref text field. I want the image in the 2nd table to show
up in the primary table image field automatically when the records (FORM
VIEW) are displayed. There are many records in the primary table (FROM VIEW)
that use the same image. I just want to enter an image ref in a text field
and have the image show up. Just how to do this is incredibly cryptic in MS
help. It's almost if if it can't be done in so many words. Why can't they
simply put a "link" option in an OEL field to bring up any image from any
table? I'll check this often, but Please email me if you can;
