opening files within my 'document' folder
I can display all my different jobs in my 'document' program, by clicking
on 'document', as normal. However, when I click on the form I want to display, the form does not display, instead the title name will appear in the taskbar, waiting for me to do 'something.' The 'something' I have to do is close out the window, (X out) And then, the job name is still in my taskbar, and I can print it out by clicking on the name in the taskbar. Going crazy, please help. vista, home premium, 32 bit version, service pack 2, IP 8 |

Access doesn't have a "document program" unless you've written one, and if so you will need to explain. What is the "document program"? What is a "job"? -- John W. Vinson [MVP] |

opening files within my 'document' folder
Hi
I*n reply to your question "what is a document program". To me, is is the program that was part of my purchase package called 'document'. What is my personal definition of my use of 'JOB'? I suppose it was not a good word to throw at a MS TECH, and could have many general usages. But my personal use of the word describes each of the many forms that I created and want to save, files that I want to save, streets and trips to save, and misc files to be saved, which add up to 25 files. As an example, I have 25 'jobs' shown under 'document'. Please help, or direct me to the proper TECH. Thanks leo Zimmerman "John W. Vinson" wrote in message ... You have not given the name of the purchase package, nor have you indicated who you purchased it from, nor can I read your mind nor see your computer. By the way, like everyone else on this forum, I'm an unpaid volunteer; I'm working from my home office in Idaho. I'm not a "MS TECH", I'm not paid by Microsoft or anyone else, and I'm not your servant. I'm trying to help, but you're certainly not making it easy to do so. -- John W. Vinson [MVP] |
