Default NEED HELP - Pub 2007

I have a book a customer made in Publisher. The front cover is 8.5 X 11 ...
and when you open to page 2 it is on the left side of a 11" X 17" sheet.
The customer wants me to print this as a book size of 5.5" X 8.5".

Is there a way to print this booklet layout from the larger size down to the
smaller size?

Convert it to a .pdf file and print it on the size paper that you want.
